Norwegian Pilots' Association is a political neutral union of Norwegian pilots, organizing abt. 275 pilots i Norway.

In Norway these pilots represent the best competence within practical:

...based on knowledge and experience developed and updated through 700 years of continuous tradition. Adding this competence to navigationteams onboard during the most critical phases of the ships' voyages, we assure that vital requirements for environmental safety, security and traffic efficiency is well taken care of.

In accordance with the Pilotage Act we offer our services as state servicemen employed by the Coastal Directorate.

Norwegian Pilots' Association is a member of  STAFO.
